The department may transfer to the tollway or lease, license, or otherwise transfer to the authority or the operator of a tollway any real property or interest in real property acquired by it under section 13 or 31 of this chapter, IC 8-23-7, or otherwise that is necessary, desirable, or convenient for the financing, construction, maintenance, and operation of any tollway or part of a tollway, or as otherwise required under this chapter.As added by P.L.386-1987(ss), SEC.13.
