(2) The protection and preservation of property under the department's or operator's jurisdiction and control.(3) The maintenance and preservation of good order within the property under the department's or operator's control.(b) Rules adopted under this chapter must provide that law enforcement officers be afforded ready access, while in the performance of their official duties, to all property under the department's jurisdiction without the payment of tolls.(c) A person who violates a rule adopted under this section commits a Class C infraction.As added by P.L.386-1987(ss), SEC.13.
