Subject to any public-private agreement that applies to a tollway, including terms applicable to the financing of the tollway, the department may, after issuing an order and after receiving the governor's approval, at any time determine that a tollway under its jurisdiction should become a part of the system of state highways free of tolls.As added by P.L.386-1987(ss), SEC.13.
