Sections 2, 4, 5, 9, 10, and 11 of this chapter shall be construed as supplemental to any other statute and shall not repeal or affect any other section of this chapter except as specifically provided, and in the event of any conflict with any other section of this chapter, said other section shall govern and control.Formerly: Acts 1941, c.217, s.7.
