Such bridge shall be maintained by the department as other highway bridges are maintained by it, and the cost of such maintenance shall be paid out of the state highway funds, except as herein otherwise provided; but no part of the proceeds of the sale of bonds issued by any county hereunder shall ever be used for such maintenance.Formerly: Acts 1927, c.10, s.9.
