As used in this chapter and IC 8-18-21, 'toll road' includes:(1) the land required for a toll road right-of-way; and(2) any highway constructed under this chapter, including all bridges, tunnels, interchanges, entrance plazas, approaches, tollhouses, and buildings required for administrative and maintenance purposes.As added by P.L.386-1987(ss), SEC.20.
