'TNC driver' means an individual who:(1) receives:(A) connections to potential TNC riders; and(B) related services;from a TNC in exchange for payment of a fee to the TNC; and(2) uses a personal vehicle to offer or provide prearranged rides to TNC riders:(A) upon connection through a digital network controlled by the TNC; and(B) in exchange for compensation or payment of a fee.As added by P.L.175-2015, SEC.7.
