'Delivery services' means the fulfillment of a delivery request made by a DNC customer through a digital network, including the:(1) pickup of a good; and(2) delivery of the good at the direction of a DNC customer by a DNC driver.The term may include a series of deliveries at the direction of different DNC customers.As added by P.L.215-2023, SEC.4.
