1-19.1, means an online enabled application, software, website, or system offered or used by a TNC to enable the prearrangement of rides with TNC drivers.(b) 'Digital network', for purposes of this chapter and IC 8-2.1-19.3, means an online enabled application, software, website, or system offered or used by a DNC to enable deliveries with DNC drivers.
