§ 8-2-1-18-5-1

This chapter applies to a motor carrier if the motor carrier:(1) shipped goods intrastate within Indiana under a tariff or permit issued by a governmental body that is or was authorized by a statute to regulate the shipment; and(2) is no longer providing service within Indiana or has filed a petition for bankruptcy.As added by P.L.111-1995, SEC.1.
