§ 8-2-1-19-3-8

(b) This chapter applies to the extent that it is not in conflict with another state or federal law regarding the delivery or transport of goods. In the event that there is a conflict between this chapter and another federal or state law, the other law prevails over the conflicting provision in this chapter.As added by P.L.215-2023, SEC.10.
