The department may perform all reasonably necessary actions to carry out this chapter, including the power, subject to:(1) the approval of the state personnel department and the budget agency; and(2) IC 4-21.5;to employ and fix the compensation of administrative law judges, investigators, clerks, and other employees as necessary or advisable for the effective administration of this chapter.As added by P.L.110-1995, SEC.29.
