The department, a member of the department, or an authorized representative of the department, may:(1) compel the attendance of witnesses;(2) swear witnesses;(3) take testimony under oath; and(4) make a record of testimony.After a record is made under the direction of the department, an administrative law judge, or an authorized representative of the department, the department may make an appropriate order upon the record.As added by P.L.110-1995, SEC.29.
