The department may:(1) plan;(2) develop;(3) install;(4) maintain;(5) monitor; and(6) finance;electronic weigh-in-motion equipment to facilitate the enforcement of size and weight restrictions under IC 9-20.As added by P.L.218-2017, SEC.60.
