1 of this chapter who uses a provisional aircraft landing site, which has not been issued a certificate of approval from the department, for agricultural application or helicopter operations commits a Class B infraction.(b) Any person who operates a lighter-than-air aircraft in violation of section 10.1 of this chapter commits a Class B infraction.As added by Acts 1979, P.L.100, SEC.2.
