§ 8-21-10-12

In addition to any other remedy provided by law, the department may institute in any court of general jurisdiction, an action to prevent, restrain, correct, or abate any violation of this chapter or of any rules or orders the department issued or ordered under this chapter. The court may grant such relief, by way of injunction, which may be mandatory, or otherwise, as may be necessary under this chapter and the applicable rules or orders of the department issued under this chapter.As added by P.L.117-1983, SEC.1.
