§ 8-21-10-13

Any permit that was issued by the department under IC 8-21-7 (before its repeal on September 1, 1983) shall be treated after August 31, 1983, as though it had been issued under this chapter.As added by P.L.117-1983, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.3-1990, SEC.35.
