§ 8-22-2-19

All acts of an eligible entity in establishing an airport or landing field, and all other acts in connection with them, taken by the entity under a prior statute, including all bonds issued, authorized, or sold under that statute or any other statute, the proceeds of which have been either used or designed for purposes stated in this chapter, and all acts of officials relating to any of the matters stated, are ratified as if authorized by statute.[Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 19-6-1-20.]As added by Acts 1980, P.L.8, SEC.73.
