Any action to contest the validity of bonds to be issued under this chapter may not be brought after:(1) fifteen (15) days following the receipt of bids for the bonds, if the bonds are sold at public sale; or(2) the time limitations set forth in IC 5-1-14-13.As added by P.L.108-1993, SEC.11.
