As used in this chapter, 'owner' as applied to real property means the person or persons holding legal title to the property as shown by the records of the county recorder of the county in which the real property is situated, or the person or persons entitled as vendee under a land contract to receive conveyance of the legal title upon payment of a specified purchase price.As added by P.L.18-1990, SEC.226.
