An inspector who knowingly permits:(1) construction of a highway contrary to the specifications;(2) the use of inferior materials not provided for in the specifications; or(3) the use of a lesser amount of materials than provided for in the specifications;commits a Level 6 felony.As added by P.L.18-1990, SEC.232.
