As used in this chapter, 'worksite speed limit' means a temporary speed limit established by:(1) the department;(2) the Indiana finance authority; or(3) a local unit in the vicinity of a worksite;under IC 9-21-5-11.As added by P.L.120-2023, SEC.2.
