§ 8-23-7-6

An owner receiving notice under section 5 of this chapter may not erect improvements on the real property described, subdivide the property, or make any changes in the use of the property that would affect its use for highway purposes, unless the owner first notifies the department in writing of the intended use.As added by P.L.18-1990, SEC.216.
