§ 8-23-9-32

If within ninety (90) days after the date of notice of rejection under section 29 of this chapter a claimant fails to file with the department a certificate of a clerk, the department shall pay the amount held on the claim to the contractor if otherwise entitled to receive the amount.As added by P.L.18-1990, SEC.218.
