The fiscal body of an eligible county may not adopt an ordinance imposing a tax rate or a tax for a public transportation project unless the tax rate or tax was described in an ordinance adopted under IC 8-25-2-1 and in the local public question on the approval of the public transportation project.As added by P.L.153-2014, SEC.17.
