The fiscal body of an eligible county may adopt an ordinance authorizing a public transportation corporation to carry out a public transportation project in accordance with the powers granted to the public transportation corporation under IC 36-9-4 and subject to the appropriating power of the fiscal body and any other powers reserved for the fiscal body by this article.As added by P.L.153-2014, SEC.17.
