The fiscal body of an eligible county may adopt an ordinance authorizing the executive of the county to enter into an interlocal agreement with the executive of another eligible county to carry out jointly a public transportation project approved by the voters of both counties in local public questions held under this article.As added by P.L.153-2014, SEC.17.
