The fiscal body of an eligible county may adopt an ordinance authorizing the executive of the county to enter into one (1) or more public-private partnership contracts under which a public transportation project is carried out, in whole or in part, by one (1) or more nongovernmental entities.As added by P.L.153-2014, SEC.17.
