If an ordinance authorizing public-private partnership contracts is adopted under section 4 of this chapter, the executive of the eligible county shall issue a request for proposals with respect to each proposed public-private partnership contract and award each contract under IC 5-22-9.As added by P.L.153-2014, SEC.17.
