If a township trustee certifies a resolution under section 3 of this chapter, the county election board shall place the local public question on the ballot at the next general election for which the question may be certified under IC 3-10-9-3 and for which all voters of the township are entitled to vote.As added by P.L.153-2014, SEC.17.
