All railroad corporations doing business in this state shall, between July 1 and August 20 in each year, destroy detrimental plants (as defined in IC 15-16-8-1), noxious weeds, and rank vegetation growing on lands occupied by them.Formerly: Acts 1889, c.82, s.1.
