'Recreational trail' means a trail or path that:(1) includes a corridor along any part of its length;(2) is intended to be used for:(A) bicycling;(B) exercising;(C) hiking;(D) running;(E) riding:(i) in or on a vehicle of any kind, regardless of the means of propelling the vehicle; or(ii) on any animal;(F) walking; or(G) any other recreational purpose; and(3) is funded through the recreational trails program under IC 8-4.5-5.However, the term does not include a highway, road, or street (as defined in IC 8-23-1-23).As added by P.L.40-1995, SEC.3.
