§ 8-4-11-2

Any railroad company extending its line under the provisions of this chapter may acquire right of way and other property, by condemnation or otherwise, in the same manner and with the same effect as if such extension had been included within the original articles of association of such company.Formerly: Acts 1879, c.28, s.2.
