§ 8-4-7-1

Where two (2) or more railroad companies own or operate railroads extending into, through or near the same city or town, such companies, or any two (2) or more of them, may form a union railway corporation, according to this chapter.Formerly: Acts 1885, c.20, s.1. As amended by P.L.136-2018, SEC.88.
