The condemnations authorized in section 7 of this chapter may be made according to:(1) the provisions of the charter of any or either of the proprietary companies;(2) the general railroad law of Indiana in effect at the time that provides for the condemnation of real estate for railroad purposes; or(3) IC 32-24-1.Formerly: Acts 1885, c.20, s.8.
