The minimum judgment that may be entered for a Class C infraction under this section is two hundred dollars ($200).(b) Notwithstanding IC 34-28-5-5(c), funds collected as judgments for violations of this section must be deposited in the industrial rail service fund established by IC 8-3-1.7-2.Formerly: Acts 1972, P.L.63, SEC.4.
