(b) An automated transit district may dissolve itself by resolution on a date that is at least two (2) years later than the date of adoption of the resolution creating the district.(c) A dissolution of a district under this section requires the city to assume the obligations incurred by the district.As added by P.L.343-1989(ss), SEC.5.
