The authority shall fix, impose, and collect tolls for the use of a toll road in the manner prescribed in IC 8-15-2 and for the use of a toll bridge in the manner prescribed by IC 8-16-1, except when the toll road project or toll bridge is leased to the department under section 8 of this chapter.As added by P.L.109-1983, SEC.3.
