'Medical services vehicle' means any of the following:(1) A vehicle that is used or intended to be used for the purpose of responding to emergency life-threatening situations and providing emergency transportation service.(2) A vehicle that is routinely used to transport patients who are not acutely ill or injured in a life-threatening manner.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-1-1-2(cc).]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.1.
