'Mobile home' means a structure that:(1) is assembled in a factory;(2) is designed to be transported from the factory to another site in one (1) or more units;(3) is suitable for use as a dwelling in any season;(4) is more than thirty-five (35) feet long; and(5) either:(A) bears a seal certifying that the structure was built in compliance with the federal Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Law (42 U.S.C. 5401 et seq.); or(B) was manufactured before the effective date of the federal Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Law of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5401 et seq.).As added by P.L.108-2001, SEC.1.
