'Operator of a special tractor mobile home rig' means:(1) a person employed by a mobile home or sectionalized building manufacturer, dealer, transport company, or individual owner for the purpose of driving a vehicle transporting a mobile home or sectionalized building (as defined in section 163(b) of this chapter) on any public road or street; or(2) an individual moving the individual's own mobile home or sectionalized building on the highways.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-1.6-1 part.]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.1.
