'Proof of discharge' means a physical document or digital verification that:(1) confirms a veteran's discharge from the armed forces of the United States or its reserves or the National Guard; and(2) was issued by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, the United States Department of Defense, or the National Guard Bureau.As added by P.L.118-2011, SEC.2.
