'Scrap metal processor' means a person:(1) that engages in the acquisition of vehicles or the remains of vehicles;(2) that has facilities for processing iron, steel, or nonferrous scrap; and(3) whose principal product is scrap iron, scrap steel, or nonferrous scrap for sale for remelting purposes.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-1-3.6-1(e).]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.1.
