'Traffic offense' means:(1) a violation of a statute, an ordinance, a rule, or a regulation relating to the operation or use of motor vehicles; and(2) any violation of a statute, an ordinance, a rule, or a regulation relating to the use of streets and highways by pedestrians or by the operation of any other vehicle.[Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-7-2 part.]As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.1.
