Personal information related to:(1) motor vehicle or driver safety and theft;(2) motor vehicle emissions;(3) motor vehicle product alterations, recalls, or advisories;(4) performance monitoring of motor vehicles and dealers by motor vehicle manufacturers; and(5) the removal of nonowner records from the original owner records of motor vehicle manufacturers;must be disclosed under this chapter to carry out the purposes of the federal Automobile Information Disclosure Act (15 U.S.C. 1231 et seq.), the Anti-Car Theft Act of 1992 (49 U.S.C. 33101 et seq.), the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq.), and all federal regulations enacted or adopted under those acts.[Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-14-3.5-8.]As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.193.
