(2) Subject to the approval of the commission, request the necessary office space, storage space, and parking facilities for each license branch operated by the commission from the Indiana department of administration as provided in IC 4-20.5-5-5.(3) Upon any reasonable ground appearing on the records of the bureau and subject to rules and guidelines of the bureau, suspend or revoke the following:(A) The current driving privileges or driver's license of any individual.(B) The certificate of registration and proof of registration for any vehicle.(C) The certificate of registration and proof of registration for any watercraft, off-road vehicle, or snowmobile.(4) With the approval of the commission, adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to do the following:(A) Increase or decrease any fee or charge imposed under this title.(B) Impose a fee on any other service for which a fee is not imposed under this article.(C) Increase or decrease a fee imposed under clause (B).(D) Designate the fund or account in which a:(i) fee increase under clause (A) or (C); or(ii) new fee
