A certificate of title issued for a manufactured or mobile home is valid for the life of the manufactured or mobile home:(1) as long as the manufactured or mobile home is owned or held by the original holder of the certificate of title or a legal transferee of the certificate of title; or(2) until the manufactured or mobile home is transferred to real estate under section 15.1 of this chapter.As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.220.
