The bureau shall enable the owner of a motor vehicle titled in Indiana to determine:(1) whether that motor vehicle has previously been titled in Indiana; and(2) if the motor vehicle has previously been titled in Indiana, whether the title was issued as a salvage title under IC 9-22-3.As added by P.L.61-1998, SEC.2.
