The bureau, the commissioner of the bureau, and employees of the bureau are not liable in a civil action for any false information that is:(1) provided to the bureau by an applicant for a certificate of title;(2) reasonably relied upon by the bureau in making a determination to issue a certificate of title to the applicant; and(3) included in the certificate of title to a manufactured home under this chapter.As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.259.
