The fee shall be deposited in the off-road vehicle and snowmobile fund established by IC 14-16-1-30.(b) The registration of an off-road vehicle or a snowmobile under this chapter is valid until the earlier of the following:(1) Three (3) years from the date of registration or renewal under this chapter.(2) The date on which the off-road vehicle or snowmobile is sold or transferred to another person. The bureau may designate an expiration month that aligns with the schedule of expiration dates described in IC 9-18.1-11-1.
